Does it come with the new or old earphones?
I called the Applestore before ordering and was told it shipped with the new headphones. I'm going to complain if it comes with the old ones because that is the excuse I used to justify ordering the Shuffle. I had just recieved a Nano as a gift the month before but wanted to upgrade the buds.

Come on now. Other than a VERY select few, Atari games are terrible and don't hold up at all.
Some are fun. Did you grow up on these? I think those of us who did, still get a kick out of the simplicity of them. I know there's a couple I would love to have for some casual play.

Yes, and they're all just bleeding heart emotional responses, and i don't buy into that crap. Sorry, but my opinion on this isn't changing. Funny, the polls say non-religious people between the age of 18-29 are most likely to support the death penalty, and that's exactly where i fit.

You went back to school and you didn't learn how to bill or control a client? Your very first mistake was booking a $75 job with a 3 hour time limit. If that is all someone can afford, then don't work for them. In my experience, the cheaper they are, the more demanding they usually are. Your second mistake was giving the power to your client and not billing him for phone time. You didn't manage the job and you paid the price. I bet you didn't even have a signed contract. :eek:

Not true.. I am the Art Director for a Art department that makes grocery store ads.
Soda is not a common loss leader since it's DSD Pepsi/Coke keep close price controls.
I usually see produce and meat used as loss leaders..
All food margins are bad for grocery stores...they end up making the most money off of their non-food items...which is why you often see a growing number of non-food aisles.
Another point... I expect that TJ MAXX just bought up a bunch of the Refurbished iPads and is taking a $50 loss on each to get people in the stores.

Well they did pay money for it. They are probably losing between $70-$100 on each iPad.

I seriously doubt the figure of "80 iPads total" aquired by TJ Maxx that is speculated in the article, but who knows.
I think he meant 8,000. I did the math myself. All you do is count the number of stores east of colorado or so. I estimate 50%-60% of stores got 10 iPads each...throw in some Marshalls stores...and you get between 5,000 - 10,000 iPads.
(notice how some Marshalls stores are holding off on their iPads until Black Friday...maybe they are apple users who actually figure out they have a prized possession...i can see most managers just saying..what are these ipads..lets just give them away).

If the buyer is reading this forum, if you make a claim through eBay saying that the item isn't what you thought you were purchasing, and then the buyer claims that it is because in the description he said it was a photo, you can actually one-up him. In the title he claims it's a VERIZON iPhone, but that picture is clearly AT&T!!!!
Whoever won (unfortunately) this auction, if eBay gives you a hard time about getting your money back and you have no options left try saying that you got the wrong item because you wanted a picture of a Verizon iPhone!

Actually, I hate to start a flamewar...As for my iPhone 4, it already seems a bit dated and laggy (takes 10 seconds to open Camera, laggy keyboard when searching in Maps, choppy animations in games). You might be having some problems with your phone-I haven't come across similar threads with your reported problems. I don't see this as a symptom of the iPhone 4 as being "a bit dated".

I was having the same issue. I finally called AT&T, after 20 minutes of trying to add the feature to my account the rep told me he'd call me back after looking into it some more. About 15 minutes later he called back and said it still wasn't working and that he and others would need to do some extended research into the matter and that he would call me back when they were done. That was several hours ago.
I have the 450 minute plan for $39.99 and the 2 GB Data Pro with 1000 messages at the moment. I also get a FAN discount, but I doubt that would be screwing things up.
I have the same minute plan, with the unlimited data plan, and a FAN - I had no trouble switching the messaging option over this morning.

Att on facebook said you must on the Att nation 450 &900 or the family 700 or higher to qualify and it's not cost additional for the service.
I'm on the family 550, and it is cheaper to just keep it that way. We don't use up all of our minutes usually.
Of course I may start using more minutes if any iPhone friends defect to Verizon.

Got my iphone 4 2 weeks ago, everything running perfectly until tonight. While i was listening to a podcast on speakers it suddenly went silent then a few seconds later went back to normal again. Now, the speakers is just intermittently working.
